Where Hamel had left early, Maglor had lingered long, and left reluctantly. He hears Hamel coming (or well, his accompaniment) long before he actually sees him.

"Hamel?" He blinks at him and then at the nun behind him, and pushes the lantern down.

"What are you doing back and who is your friend?"
