What: The MINGLE LOG for Week One of the Asgard Eventide Reunion!

[ OOC NOTES: Whether you're making a return to the city or this is your first time setting foot into Asgard, the gods and Natives alike sure are happy to see you. As a note: we were super fortunate to have a few of our old NPC handlers volunteer to pick up their old Gods for the reunion! We currently have Hel, Heimdall, Baldr, Thor, Freyr, Mimir, Honir, Asgard!Loki, and also Frigg available for threading. If you'd like to request an appearance from one of these kids, please say so in the title of your comment. Some of us may make our own top-level as well, so be on the lookout for that! A million thanks to our NPC team for being so fantastic, we love and appreciate you so much.

[Ianto quirks a smile at the other man, shaking his head at him in turn.]

Good with, not good at, Doctor. I'm not questioning your sense of humor. Just your delivery.

[A beat, before his smile softens slightly.] How have you been, then?

I've been good. I travelled the world after most people left. Thought I'd take the chance for a few more years at life before I went back to turning into my successor. What about you?

[Ianto shrugs slightly. There's no delicate way to tell someone that he'd been dead before he'd come here, and so to death he'd returned. Or wherever the hell he'd gone, when he'd sealed Siriath away. Had it been Hell, he wonders. The land of ghosts.]

I don't have much of a story to tell, I'm afraid. [He tries to keep it neutral.]

[Ianto shrugs slightly, but accepts the apology. It doesn't really matter to him. In an odd way he's almost accepted his fate. Almost. It's not like there's much to do about it now. And he was given a choice to avoid it, after all. He was given the option to just walk away, and 'let someone else deal with the problem'. But the problem is that who knows if anyone would have. And the end of the world was not something that he needed on his conscience, not even if it had been tempting to have a few more days with Jack.]

Shit happens. And still. Somehow we seem to keep finding ourselves back here.
