What: The MINGLE LOG for Week One of the Asgard Eventide Reunion!
When: March 1-7
Where: Anywhere in town!
Rating: PG-13 tops! Anything higher than that should be taken to a private log, please.

[ OOC NOTES: Whether you're making a return to the city or this is your first time setting foot into Asgard, the gods and Natives alike sure are happy to see you. As a note: we were super fortunate to have a few of our old NPC handlers volunteer to pick up their old Gods for the reunion! We currently have Hel, Heimdall, Baldr, Thor, Freyr, Mimir, Honir, Asgard!Loki, and also Frigg available for threading. If you'd like to request an appearance from one of these kids, please say so in the title of your comment. Some of us may make our own top-level as well, so be on the lookout for that! A million thanks to our NPC team for being so fantastic, we love and appreciate you so much.

"Why is there two of him?" is that part of the mischief? Or does he possess a...strange...twin?

Then it is glorious and it should be found immediately!

"Oh no..." he laughs and tips his head back to look up at the sky, "He had an interesting idea of complementary colors."

"They are twins, apparently, although I was told the last time the situation is more complicated than that. Something about magic and a curse, rumor has it. One lives here in Asgard, another in Utgard. I have never dealt with the one in Utgard, but the one here is nice enough, if a trifle too fond of practical jokes."

He smiles to see Maedhros laugh.

"He did, and so did whoever came up with the jumper, although I am inclined to think 'twas Lord Loki himself."

"Only twins could wreak so much havoc." he knows. They both know. If a god of mischief exists, of course he has a twin!

"Why are twins drawn to us, brother? Or why are we drawn to them?" he closes his eyes as the wind catches his hair, "See? How did I know he would be fond of you?"

Twins and Fëanorians go together naturally. It is best not to question it!

"Perhaps it is a form of punishment?" Or a reward, but Maglor is not sure he likes the reward in that case (lies he loves it)

"Ah now I would not say that! Lord Loki plays favorites but mostly with those from his house, and I belong to Freyr, after all."

"We know punishment, brother mine. An ugly piece of clothing does not qualify." Maedhros shrugs, "You, as ever, are an exception. He must have noticed."

Says the overly biased brother.

Maglor sputters into laughter.

"Nelyo, everyone in the city got a jumper, and I assure you, mine may have been one of the worst but I was hardly alone!"

"You said yourself it reminded you of our dear brother's artwork. Perhaps the god knows?" no, he won't give this up.

"... I would rather hope not, but I suppose I would not put it past them... "

Now that's a terrifying thought.

"Don't look so pale, brother. They chose you for a reason. It only means they did their research." he is keeping his senses tuned to all around them nonetheless.

"I dislike the thought that our childhood's were scrutinised." Maglor wrinkles his nose at Maedhros. "I would have liked to think that some things are private."

"When you put it like that..." Maedhros knows there is nothing they can do about it, but it is an uncomfortable thought, "Do you think they spied on you taking a bath with your favorite toys, Kano?"

"..........................I have... never recieved any gifts of the sort..."

HE REALLY HOPES NOT DAMN HIS BLUSH

"Time will tell!" how could he not tease? "I will know if they get it right."

"You had better not tell!" Maglor nudges his brother companionably. "I have no wish to be embarrassed because you do!"

"Who would I tell?" he raises his brows in mock innocence, "The lady who screams? I have not encountered a god."

Yet.

"You can reach them on the bracelets, although they do not always answer, actually."

Maglor says wryly. "Freyr is quite obliging, I like him."

He was also 'fond' of Fenrir, in the 'I offered to let him eat me if I did not satisfy in a spar' fashion.

"You are being very informative. Shall I contact them now?" he looks pensive, "Now was the duck toy blue or green?"

Maglor sputters and kicks indignantly at his brother.

"I am certaintly not telling you now!"

But he's smiling, pleased that Maedhros has it in him to tease and play this way.

"Maybe I'll tell them it was pink, then." he accepts the kick, smirking, "With polka-dots? In yellow!"

The brightest bath toy indeed!

"NELYO!" Maglor whines at him crossly.

"Don't you dare!"

"I dare." he answers sweetly, "It will be a glorious companion for cleaning."

"I will murder you myself!" Maglor squawks, dropping his brother's armor to lunge for him.

"Makalaurë Fëanorian." Maedhros catches him, a warning note in his voice, "I will not die over bath toys."

Maglor lets his brother catch him without much fight and obediently goes limp. But he scowls up at him teasingly. "Then don't go telling tales."

He grins at the scowl, shaking his head.

"You know I would not embarrass you so! I am not one of our dear brothers."
