What: The MINGLE LOG for Week One of the Asgard Eventide Reunion!

Rating: PG-13 tops! Anything higher than that should be taken to a private log, please.

[ OOC NOTES: Whether you're making a return to the city or this is your first time setting foot into Asgard, the gods and Natives alike sure are happy to see you. As a note: we were super fortunate to have a few of our old NPC handlers volunteer to pick up their old Gods for the reunion! We currently have Hel, Heimdall, Baldr, Thor, Freyr, Mimir, Honir, Asgard!Loki, and also Frigg available for threading. If you'd like to request an appearance from one of these kids, please say so in the title of your comment. Some of us may make our own top-level as well, so be on the lookout for that! A million thanks to our NPC team for being so fantastic, we love and appreciate you so much.

Soushi?!?

[Well, hello there, Soushi. Have someone you haven't seen in quite a while standing there in a para-military uniform of grays with a pair of tonfa at her sides. She was blinking at him in sudden shock, barely paying attention to the lantern before she smiled and tried to shoo away the nun.]

That is you, isn't it Soushi? It's ... it's good to see you. Gods, it's good to see you. What were you asking about?

[The other woman's reaction to him will catch his attention for a split moment until he was reminded of the name of his lantern stuck in his hand was the same of the woman before him as well. Samantha Grey. That was her name. She was once a trusted ally of his back in the old days within the city.

But, in his genuine opinion, Sam was more of a friend than a simple ally. He was beginning to understand the behavioral pattern of his other self.]

Grey-san, it's been a long time, hasn't it? How are you?

[A brighter smile will be on his lips as he spoke those words, accepting his memories within the city as though they were his own while keeping some distance between them. He inherited his mother's more timid nature even if he was still as shameless as his father.]

I was hoping to learn of the proper way to be free of this particular item. [His smile will weakened as he offers a more remorse expression.] I do apologize for touching this item without your consent. I was unaware of the rule against it. Thank you very much for convincing the...unique religious figure away from me. I greatly appreciate it...

It has... you missed the end of the war. We lost track of you when you disappeared, so I'd almost lost track. [She coughed, reaching up to clear her throat and smile. There was a little color there. Friends was definitely a fair word, and at least once, she seemed to recall the two had had a few ... benefits, mostly to help her control herself.

She smiled back, distantly, grateful to see him smiling. Soushi wasn't a man who smiled often, so that was a good sign. Maybe the woman he loved would show, bittersweet as it might be.]

Oh... well, it's got my name on it, so I guess maybe give it to me? I wouldn't worry too much about it, honestly. [She reached out, holding out her hand for the lantern, a bit curious what games Loki was up to this time.] And trust me, nuns are a lot to handle on good days.
